http://www.ted.com With scissors and paper, artist Béatrice Coron creates intricate worlds, cities and countries, heavens and hells. Striding onstage in a glorious cape cut from Tyvek, she describes her creative process and the way her stories develop from snips and slices.
TEDTalks is a daily video podcast of the best talks and performances from the TED Conference, where the world's leading thinkers and doers give the talk of their lives in 18 minutes. Featured speakers have included Al Gore on climate change, Philippe Starck on design, Jill Bolte Taylor on observing her own stroke, Nicholas Negroponte on One Laptop per Child, Jane Goodall on chimpanzees, Bill Gates on malaria and mosquitoes, Pattie Maes on the "Sixth Sense" wearable tech, and "Lost" producer JJ Abrams on the allure of mystery. TED stands for Technology, Entertainment, Design, and TEDTalks cover these topics as well as science, business, development and the arts. Closed captions and translated subtitles in a variety of languages are now available on TED.com, at http://www.ted.com/translate.

I'm disappointed that she didn't start her speech with the phrase "Let's cut the story short".
Such a wasted opportunity! :-/

Her work is amazing. But silly me, I thought that her mouthpiece (on the headset) was a gigantic mole on her face. I kept thinking "look at the size of that thing, its even casting its own shadow! Why doesn't she get that thing removed?" Finally a third of the way through, I realized the error of my observation. LOL.

A truly inspiring artist and a wonderful role model for anyone who despairs over not having a more "traditional" talent.
