VERY rough draft of our new song. This recording captured the VERY FIRST time we made it through the whole song, and it's posted here NOT for general consumption; but so the guys in the band can listen to it at home. We - so far - lack any other portable digital recording equipment. Sorry, but the camera was a little too close to the Marshall.
My amp is a 90ies model JCM 900 that has been worked on by the fine folks at Savage Amps in Savage Minnesota. My pink paisley Stratocaster is an 80ies model M.I.J. that is loaded with a Seymore Duncan Hot Rails in the bridge position, and the overdrive pedal at work here is a Barber Direct Drive. Sorry about all the mistakes - this band is no longer together. ;-)
Wow! This comment was a most unexpected and a pleasant surprise - thanks!
Actually, that tune has been reworked into an entirely different tune that will appear on our CD.
And yes, a Marshall with nice warm tubes - even in the hands of a hack - always sounds pretty good...

Nice! kind of Replacements-ey! I really like the guitar tone. Good work!
