'PROFESSOR KUBÍNEK MEETS THE SYMPHONY'
Premiering in November of 2010 - an artistic collaboration between Tomáš Kubínek, Orchestra Iowa, and The University of Iowa's Hancher Auditorium - a new work for 80 Musicians and one Certified Lunatic. Under the musical direction of Maestro Timothy Hankewich and destined for international touring to orchestras and their conductors around the world.

Bombastic, beautiful, heartfelt and hilarious - a profoundly entertaining evening of grand music, madcap brilliance, absurd invention, and old-world charm with enormous audience appeal satisfying symphonic newcomers and seasoned aficionados alike. A new way to see orchestral music and a rare concert event that would leave Beethoven, Dvořák, Strauss, and Bach, amused, bewildered, and proud.
