Have to agree with Gilbertsdog on Colcplay. have tried to watch Coldpaly perform a couple of times and despite my determination to try and "get it" I didn't even last to the first chorus before I switched channels. U2 on the other hand were awesome. Best I have seen them play for years, hope the next tour is tripped back with few gimmics. The passion is their music is more than enough!

@gilbertsdog who cares, i only watched it on the web being in Sydney, but I thought it was great..I was curious as to what coldplay were going to do and checked out their performance online but stopepd the stream half way through the first song, just boring as hell and couldn't be bothered, can't stand them, their music, chris martin or anything about them..U2 wannabees, but without the heart, soul, quality or talent...

I can see why people liked it, maybe I wasn't in the mood, I found it very boring. Nervous even. They seemed to expect the crowd to follow. It doesn't matter how well you've done, you still have to win the crowd! - Was expecting more personally.

glad to hear that, i had friends near the front who enjoyed it too. we just didnt feel it bit like the killers a few years ago when the speakers failed. god what am i moaning at, great festival again see you in two years
