O M G. I figured out a problem I was having before. In previous and in this tut, you talk about changing the mode to Soft Light. This entire time, I was changing the Mode on the Radial to Soft Light, but what I needed to do was change the LAYERS! ARG IM SO PISSED WITH MYSELF! lol I guess we all make mistakes.

@arusark Oh yeah, you changed the mode of the blend tool. That's why I said to change the "layer's mode" to soft light. Someone else had the same problem in one of my other videos.
