I saw some traditional tibetan dancing when I was in Shenzhen city unforuntaely it was very touristy and everything was in Mandarin. THey ddin`t have anything like those costumes though.

That is what bentforkman said...that he saw a dance like the one in the video; however, unfortunately, it was touristy and everything was around it was written in Chinese, so it obviously wasn't as authentic.
