After purchasing the Pearson Coaster, I had to do some deep cleaning and internal rework. The boat has a beam of 9'4" and a cabin height of a little over 6'. The two settee's in the main cabin are 6'3" long and 23" wide. There is a lot of storage and I am going to use the forward V-berth for bicycles/workshop and storage of other items. The plan is to have a multi-month sailing adventure down the intracoastal waterway and on to the Bahamas with my girlfriend

  • Really nice, and thanks for sharing.

  • Great to see the boat Teach! Looking past the tools and projects, she actually looks pretty clean inside. I'm about halfway done tearing off the deck of our boat - slow going but totally necessary when we see the rotten wood underneath. Another year (I hope) she'll be back in the water and we'll have to catch up! Remember this adage: Land was created so that sailors could have a place to visit. Best regards mate,

  • Hope you're taking snorkeling gear. The reefs are beautiful and sometimes it's good to have the gear for examining the boat after you've run aground. heh, heh

  • Do an outside tour!
