If you want to record any or all of your channels onto one track or input all you have to do is assign the channels you want to a subgroup and send the subgroup output to the input of your recorder. I use this board and it is VERY versatile. The ONLY complaint I have is that if you have to replace the power supply it can be expensive. I've used mine for concert sound, live 8 track recording, studio recording, monitor mixes and just about everything except a boat anchor and it has worked great.

I had one of these desks. Absolutely awesome piece of gear. Such clarity of sound, my mixes sounded superb
we are getting one for our church and was wondering if we need to have a amp for it.

@Boomdoggles is this giving me the option to route all my inputchannels into single channels in cubase oder pro tools etc?
or will it only send out the stereo master to my pc?

@Deadlezz this desk mixes down to a stereo track, if you want to do that you would be better off getting a recording interface.
