Russian numbers station / oddity station XPA, also called MFSK-20, on 10736 kHz in USB. This was on October 08, 2011, at 1320 UTC. This is also called a "polytone" station.
This station is listed as both a "numbers station" and an "oddity station". I would tend to call it an oddity myself, as far as I know it has never sent any audio or morse numbers. But it does send digital numbers, and is associated with several "regular" numbers stations.
Great find and very good recording.

Is this used by spies? Do they have some kind of receiving device that can decode all of these tones?
