  • @JayNet11E I mean in the assassins creed game that came out last year, it took place in rome and there were underground lairs that were places attributed to romulus. Although this discovery was probably made before the game, i figured the opposite at first.

  • This is the Lupercal. It is supposedly the place that Romulus and Remus were suckled by the shewolf. It was turned into a religious center and place of solemn worship by the original Roman people. Its location had been forgotten over the Millenia. It is an amazing find if it truly is the Lupercal.
