it would be too heavy if costructed to crash in walls, what about fuel economy, drivability brakes

all those would have to be redemensioned to if you would make a heavier structure...

Plus you have to think.. this is hitting something as solid as that barrier. These things weigh a fuckload, so if it were to hit a compact car or something there would be almost zero damage.
