Simar rototiller 50
8hp 2 stroke engine
This was its first run for about 20 years. It started reasonably well. Once i had set a small plug gap, pored a bit of petrol into the carb, a bit of easy start and off it went. unfortunatlry there is a problem with the gear box as the wheels will not engage

@douro20 Yes, brilliant engines, start so reliably, Mine will normally go first pull. Sound lovely as well!!!

Swiss tiller...did they make their own engines?

i have now got it moving and roatavating ect but it is the last in a long line of projects
