HE-AAC and HE-AAC v2 which stands for High-Efficiency Advanced Audio Coding and High-Efficiency Advanced Audio Coding version 2!!
It provides very good audio quality in bitrates low as 48 kbps! I use it in my cellphone and it is very good quality like 192 kbps MP3
