Exactly I am rich, have better lawyer you loose. If you think this only happens, out of the country, my ex ran with my kids for 3 weeks, drained our bank acct. hired lawyer, got custody! Kids grew up, hold the episode ex did against him, youngest live with me and other one has a child who trusts me to babysit over her dad !! Justice prevails. Gotta have faith !!! David and Shawn belated special Merry Christmas and an Awesome Bright New Year !!!!

karma got Bruna Bianchi for kidnapping her son. Unfortunately, she died & her mother lost her. David has every right to have his son back.

@gersing By your logic I could just pluck your child from a shopping cart, raise it for years and then let it 'decide' to stay with me because it knows no other parent. Laws were BROKEN and Sean's suffering is entirely the fault of the maternal family. David had every right to try and salvage what few years of childhood he could with HIS son.

@KublayKahn Naturally-the father is a 'gringo' an American-no way are they going charge the family-although U.S. courts could in absentia.

@johnnyrockerrrrr1 I've been wondering the same exact thing-although because Sean loves them David will have to be very careful-even if those crazy Bianchi's and the step-montster have a very strange interpretation of 'love'.

Did the law consider the boy's emotional welfare when he was in the US. You forget that Sean lived 4 years of his life in the US, 4 years living with his father and mother, and was suddenly taken away to live in a world he barely knows with just his mother. How do you think he felt asking where his father was? It's people like you who are so painfully ignorant who never look at the big picture. You fail to realize Sean is an American, u fail to realize his father's love, u fail in general
