I just watched his show. I'm 45 very active and cannot believe the pain I have been for two months. After many doctors I discovered Doctor Vad's show. This guy is amazing he seems like one of the few that knows what he is talking about . He covers all aspects of back pain . This can be become a desperate situation for some almost a life changing experience. I know I'm on the right track Dr vad show confirms many of my beliefs . Keep up the good work many would benefit from your program

Sitting posture is apparently the worst, he recommends walking to aerate the discs with oxygen.

I first saw Dr Vad for my lower back pain and he was able to give me relief from the pain. I've also recommended him for a friends upper back problems- who he also gave them back pain relief. Finally PBS is letting my friends and family who are not in New York see what I was talking about when I call him a pain management genius! He is more than a back specialist he is a true "back pain advisor" and healer!
