The art of making horseradish by Walt Miller and his kids

Walt Miller was in his last couple of months of life when he wanted to leave his recipe for horseradish, so Faith wrote the script, us kids dressed up and did the performance. Dad loved it, watched it seven times that afternoon. This was late October. Dad passed on January 1st, 1993. A terrific family, the Millers. Orange MA. 1992

6 Strips bacon & drippings

16 Oz. Container sour cream

4 Green onions

horseradish - to taste

Fresh ground pepper

pinch salt & sugar

Fry bacon until crisp, drain. Reserve 2 Tbsp. of the drippings. Chop the bacon. Thinly slice the onions and add other ingredients for great vegetable, wheat thin or corn chip dip : )
