i got sims 2 double deluxe but every time some 1 dies there is just a grave why is there no ghosts?

i don't know why because when she died there WAS a grave but then i sold it and there was the ghost

THIS IS AWESOME! i am getting this game today, it is sold at target for like 20 bucks! I AM SOOO EXCITED! i am gonna make a family tree, and then the oldest people are gonna die and turn into ghosts! yay!!! will you show me a video of one of you sims dieing? instead of dead.... dieing would be super cool and awesome!!!

i made a haunted house full of dead people its about 20 graves in the back yard. half of them died by fire other drown some get spooked by the ghost and die and none of them live to be old its pretty fun. but i keep a veiw is spooky lol

It's my sims want to see a ghost of a particular sim, but every time I go by the grave and wait a while, it doesn't do anything. Is there a specific time I have to do it, or a specific way?
