UFO in Leeds Around 22.10pm 12/06/10

Did anyone else see this thing i was on Butcher Hill outside the fishshop when this came over never seen anything like it video doesnt do it justice.

i was on the M62 going past leeds at about 11pm and was a whole line of these orange orbs just hanging above the city in the sky. there was about 6 of them. well done for getting one on camera.

@PindzMedia thanks mate. This thing was amazing never seen anything like it. A lot of people saw this thing last night and after some research it seems this thing has appearing round my home town a few times previously i gonna be keeping watch for more of it .If i get more ill post it.

well you definitely did a good job keeping it steady. Doubt it was a plane because of the way it seemed to slow down. Sure hope someone else was looking up and maybe caught it as well. How did it make you feel?

@yigsstarhouse Well the best part i didnt get on cam, i was literally standing outside having a smoke looked round and I can only describe what i Saw as a huge glowing ball of orange light come over the cloud . I had my pocket cam with me , so i flipped it out but it seemed to be much higher by this time. It was just a huge ball of light looked beautiful but it was odd it was like moving quick then hanging around. It blew me away put it that way !

I live in North Carolina. I was looking around to find footage of what my husband and I just saw outside about 30 minutes ago, and we just saw something that looked exactly like this. Except at one point, it was white, the lights shut off for about 2 minutes and when it came back on, it was the orange color. We couldn't believe it. We live with mountains all around us, planes fly over all of the time, but never anything like this. And it looked exactly like your footage.

im surprised more people havent seen or commented on your video since i last watched this, this video is fucking mint, clearly not a chinese lantern especially because it changed directions numerous times and even stopped at one point. People slag my video off because i guess it looks too good, cant fucking win these days. If a ufo crashed into the leeds city centre people would still say it was all CGI, dumb asses

I saw the same thing on the same day (12/06/10) at 10:16 PM in Leander, TX. I have been looking for someone who seen it also. It is wild how it was on the same day, same time but I notice you are in the UK I'm in the US. I do have video of it but haven't posted it due my camera had the hardest time keeping it in focus. The one I saw didn't travel as fast and would change direction after a few minutes but defenitly the same thing. Awesome! Thanks!

Quality video, theres no way thats a chinese lantern because its really hauling ass. I watched and manged to video something like this on the 20th January 2011 in Beeston, Leeds, i managed to get it on HD and saved it as a AVCHD file. After watching the video on the pc after i pimped up the brightness, contrast and sharpness i realised that my camera didnt just lose focus on it and lose it all together, it actually skipped across the sky a little bit then double backed up on itself and sped off!

I'm all for UFO and not really skeptical on the subject, but these might be those paper lanterns which you light and they float up and into the sky. Saw aload of them the other day too.

@202Hunter yup really freaked me out. There was also a couple near manc and a few earlier on (around 10:15) near the M1. theres been loads of reports of them this year so far. i was trying to think of some logical explaination but i cant think of anything :s keep me posted if u see anymore!
