  • who says Eric only makes robots... ;)

  • Indeed, gotta love his robot guitar!

  • well thats where im confused because the number boxes above pak attractpt are taking coordinates from the position of where I click my mousse on the lcd but not the individual boid?

  • that's because attract point is just registering where the boids will be attracted to, ie where you click with the mouse. Try connecting a 'print' to the left output of boids and see the real coordinates in the max window. Slow the metro down and turn number of boids to one and it will be easier to work out

  • Sounds like a Lali Puna song

  • Right now I honestly dont care what its modelled on or how its generated...I just love how it sounds. Thanks for sharing.

  • this is f*ckin lovely and mental! brilliant work

  • A nice example, good on you for that

  • wow alright thankx youve been a great help!! I appreciate it!

  • The rest covers their movements off screen. Try turning the amount of boids down to just one and using it to trigger an oscillator with pitch control on y axis and panning on x, once you get it how you want it you can increase your boids .
