Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 - C.Viper's New Move "Optic Laser"

Day 1 information.
I literally just got the game (literally, I just came from the store and tried out the new move and its properties.)
Here's what I came up with so far. It's not as WORTHLESS as I thought it would be, it's actually pretty good.
C.Viper got buffed in Ultimate. Really, the increased feint input buff alone is amazing.

More information to come once I test stuff more and such.
