These same emailing cops have also revealed that many Philadelphia police officers extort bribes from drug dealers to allow them to conduct business,which gives these dealers free rein to rape, rob, steal -- and even kill! That is the main reason for the unusually high murder and aggravated assault rates in certain police districts. In fact, Philadelphia actually has a higher murder rate for young black males than any other city in the United States -- even Detroit!

@CTMotorcop If it happens here, it happens everywhere. My comments do not apply to any police officers who are always honest. By honest, I mean the legal definition, not a cop's. However, I am getting emails from ex-cops who AGREE with much of what I have posted about Philadelphia cops. They admit that certain of the many killings by cops were outright murder (it is suspicious that there are rarely witnesses to killings by police in Philly, but there often seem to be in other jurisdictions.)

@11mrjarjar Really cause my aunt was a cop, my brother is a cop and my cousin is already on his FTO training to be a cop and I'm working to become a cop and none of us take drugs, not only that but how would they pass a drug test and be able to keep their jobs if they take drugs? @11mrjarjar I would love to hear you say that when your little sister or your mother get shot and killed or are getting raped on the street and you call 911, let them know what you posted here on youtube while your on the phone begging for the cops to come to your rescue, You can hate them all you want and talk about them as you wish, weather or not you like it, you are paying them out of your pocket if you have a job or every time you buy something so they win either way
