@jbshadow1 I'm not denying that it is a rip off. But, it was originally meant as a storyline to add to the warhammer 40k lore. They did the same thing with warcraft. They're both basically warhammer want-to-bes. But, I love them both. Besides, original material is hard to come by.

@Argorath1 Well thats bollocks considering Blizzard was first established in 1991, and Warhammer 40K was made in 1987, not even considering that Warhammer fantasy which started in 1983. And starcraft was released in 1998 so the 10 year gap from Warhammer 40k and Starcraft makes it obvious that Starcraft rips-off Warhammer 40k.

@jbshadow1 Actually, starcraft was originally a warhammer storyline that blizzard made but couldn't afford the copyright. So, they changed as much as they could. Actually, some of the best ideas come from mutated fan fiction. All I know is: both games are fun and I'm excited for Dawn of War 3

I love the way this is getting called a rip off of starcraft! Does these idiot fan boys not understand this game is based on the tabletop wargames Warhammer 40k which was made in 1987! Im suprised Blizzard didnt run into copyright issues with Games workshop, as they pretty much stole everything from it. Even the battlecruisers look identical to space marines ships in battlefleet gothic.
