Featured is the use of the Parks and Bike Paths. Scenes from Schenectady Rotterdam Niskayuna New York Central Park in Schenectady is a large park where many in the area walk run bike and rollerblade.

  • amazing video editing, so good, I love this video!! the music, the fun feeling, the sun, in nature, close to it, in it. Even love the voice of the man. And the singing birds. No good video quality but that makes it artistic somehow, artistic martial arts. But watch out if doing this exercise on streets of Rotterdam, they will think your a fool and hit you with a stick

    each time I watch your 2 walking videos, I feel motivated and begin anew my commitment to exercising and walking. These videos have pointed out thing's that I use when I am out walking I also like the stye of your videos. Hopefully you will do more and you can share more of your inspiration and outlook. 5 stars PLUS!

  • Very good motivating video. When I walk on the Niskayuna Bike trail I bring my fishing pole LOL I take my break at the river and cast a few before continueing on :-)
