Phil Sr. and wife Maria, and Phil Jr. all try a home-made HOT sauce from a facebook friend and fellow chilehead John Thorsby.
You can see his Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/ThorsbyPhotography
This was a home-made hot sauce concoction of John's own custom tailored recipe. If I can get his ingredients I will post them later. The sauce, to me, tasted like it contained fiery Habanero peppers and an array of tropical fruits such as Pineapple, Mango, Papaya, Kiwi, those just to name a few.
The sauce tasted like a visit to a tropical forest filled with luscious exotic fruits ripened to perfection. It was sweet but hot. In our opinion a perfect marriage of flavors.
I'd use it on anything and everything. I enthusiastically encourage John to mass produce it. I think it's got tons of potential in the commercial market place - and the general populace will love it as well.

Thanks for the comment. It WAS damn good. I really, REALLY hope he manufactures some and puts it on store shelves. Once people taste it, and the fruity flavor, they'll buy it. Cheers! :D
