i have swollen tonsil and a red throat it hurts when i swallo and when i open my mouth or talk..i also have fever and keep coughing and headaces.and i also feel really heavy when i walk or stand up.

Although, my throat still hurts. Now only are my tonsils are swollen, but my glands are too. Oh, the agony...

i get strep every year, if not twice a year. my tonsils are huge normally, but when they become swollen i can barely breathe. my doctor said that they weren't swollen enough for prednazone, a steroid that reduces swelling. FUCK THAT SHIT!!!! i can barely sleep because i end up waking up every 2 hours gasping for air. my doctor's a stupid bitch. and i'm in so much pain. >:(

Ive had severe tonsillitis a ton lately. ONLY thing ive read that helped at all was try resting your tongue at the top of your throat. That way you dont have to swallow as much because the saliva sort of flows back down your throat.
