@ammarios Oh, and I heard that before SATC ever aired, they were debating whether to have a laugh-track or not, and apparently M.P.K fought REALLY hard to NOT have one, & that is the BEST decision they ever made.
I HATE laugh-tracks..such an insult to the viewer's intelligence..I will decide if I find smthg funny,I dont need to be told...it would've been unwatchable with a laugh-track..seriously kuddos to this show. The movie wasn't as great as the show, but still good..the 2nd movie was AWFUL.

When it comes to TV shows, I'm more of a history channel person and for fun, things like Family Guy ..etc, but this is the one and only American sitcom that is up to par with shows like Family Guy, in my opinion. They don't cut out swearing, aren't afraid of nudity (a.k.a NATURE) and it's SO full of underlying parodies and satire that it's just brilliant. I would never watch shows like 'Friends"..etc, but SATC is the only one.

It used to be that if you didn't want to party/drug ..etc, you just didn't do it, but you didn't judge people who do and you didnt shove your 'morals' down their throats..now it's all 'if you're not uptight and puckered at both ends, it's ok to judge you'..
