There is also a legal battle in Canada against Canadian companys which were backing the construction of the new settlement buildings, to charge them with war crimes (as it is soooo illegal building on occupied land).

Well, It was part of a larger campaign to get back their land, and to halt the construction of the settlement on their land. So it was more symbolic (though they were prepared to build a hotel actually) but it did halt the construction, that and also that the company in charge of building the settlement embezzled all the money from the potential buyers and went bankrupt.
