Based on the sound of the motor at any given MPH, and especially the shift points, you should get much lower rear end gears. 3.15:1 is very tall, and you would get better performance all around with 3.55:1 or the basic Chevy standard, 3.73:1.

@SySTeM4T1c I bought my 95 Camaro z28 (though an lt1 engine) for 3500. Over 300 HP with my mods, leather, Bose sound system, t-tops to impress the girlies on beach days, and great highway mileage (over 26), but 15ish city =/ WORTH IT THOUGH. I love my car.

@HamadHHAG actually 11.2 or so in ideal circumstances according to GPS, the top speed of this car is about 182 GPS'd but after 175 it takes hella long to get there lol

Did the zip tie mod make it sound any different? I am going to try it on mine before i go and buy a CAI (most likely the Blackwing)
