try to update drivers for you'r phone or usb drivers for you'r motherboard.

How good is this phone handling Outlook sync? Is the screen big enough for a good readout of the data from Outlook? Thanks!

The battery on my rokr is brilliant. I can get 3 - 4 days use out of a charge and standby uses very little power. So you may have a dodgy battery,
