EDIT: for all the people commenting there is a CLK-GTR in the video, there is a separate video of it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zd4SD32QfI

NOW, that thats taken care of.... This is McLaren F1 #73 which has the High Down force Kit (HDF) and one of the few non LM McLarens to have a LM engine. The rims are unique to this one and I think also the color.

PS- THERE IS A MERCEDES CLK-GTR IN THIS VIDEO, THERE IS A SEPARATE VIDEO OF THAT CAR AS WELL. I HOPE THIS CLEARS UP AND POSSIBLY ELIMINATES COMMENTS ABOUT THIS FACT, THANK YOU COME AGAIN :)

  • it's F1 LM :)

  • @McEdduarD no its not. As stated before, its a standard McLaren F1 with the High Downforce Kit (IE GTR Looking) and 1 of 2 street F1s with the F1 LM engine in it.

  • wouldn't mind seeing a replica (as long as its known it is) mclaren f1 with tons of power yea...maybe twin turbo mercedes v12

  • @alexander1485 the f1 have a BMW M V12 engine not a mercedes v12

  • @clkgrt I know, but if you followed along, he was saying if it was "possible" to fit a turbo to a McLaren F1.... and then read my previous post.

  • Does anyone know if it's possible to fit a twin turbo on the McLaren F1?

Just to imagine how fast it really could be with twin turbo, and when it allready do 390 kph with the limiter off, how fast could it be with turbo?

Maybe it could set the new world speed record like the Dagger Gt company intend to do?

But then you would probably sacrifice the originality of it's soul, and that would be too bad.

But i still like to play with the thought of it ^^

Mosler is as close to the F1 as it can get

  • @spectrospirit no one would do it, at least, thats sane enough (since that Bmw 6.1L engine is already perfect)

  • Ah.. A Mclaren F1 and a Benz CLK GTR together. I wonder if this reminds anyone else of the good ol' days of early 21st century gaming. Need for speed Hot Pursuit 2, from back in 2002!

  • @spectrospirit I would rather have a supercharger then a turbo.

  • I would also like to see an updated mclaren f1, with a turbo. A 4 cylinder lotus esprit with a stock chargecooler and a stock turbo can do 170 (see "lotus fast and furious" on youtube). Just imagine what a mclaren f1 could do with those enhancements!

  • HELL! Thats not only a Car - that is a dream!!!

  • Am I The Only One Waiting For It To Transform??

  • hands down the sexiest car ever

  • @buckncowboy mclaren's gearbox was designed ground up cause no existing gearbox could handle the torque from the bmw engine

  • any upgrade(if needed)can be done if cost means nothing...look at VW with their 1000hp bug...but at huge costs..it then becomes a test of the durability n reliability of major componites day in day out along with the main issue of the gearbox transmission ben able to handle the increase in power...

  • can u put a spitfire engine in this?
