i heard about fact 5. mariah has been also sued for can't let go and it was settled out of court, but with hero she really felt she wants to prove her innocence and she said "I feel totally victimized. 'Hero' is my creation and it holds a very special meaning to me. I have every intention of fighting this all the way." in the end the guy who sued mariah (Christopher Selletti) had to pay her a fine XD and then he sued her again and lost again. and then Rhonda Dimmie filed a lawsuit but lost :P
