They are setting up carbon taxes and a whole system of controlling the masses that revolves around using less and having less, not to save the planet but to gain more control and enslave the people. Yes Zeitgiest is a pretty good exposition, though I pretty much knew everything already, except for some of the very interesting and entertaining historical facts about how modern religions are simply retreads of old-time religions.
I hope they can make progress in their endeavors, but I am not optimistic unless someone in their sphere develops some new breakthrough [energy or ???]
technology that "changes the whole ballgame".
