First month into my veganism I started getting light headed and weird. I was sure it wasnt my diet, so I consulted a veg friend, who was vegan practically her whole life and she gave me the best advice: eat. Eat like an herbivore, all the time. 6 small meals a day, because your stomach is always digesting such fiber and nutrient dense foods, and ever since I have been in GREAT health and felt so much better. Carnivores rarely eat, herbivores always eat.

I like it, I'm a ethical vegan, let's say for 5 months, most of vegans I've read say... "oh I lost so much weight..." and it's like... my weight is absolutelly the same from when I wasn't vegan, I always say... being vegan is not starving, it's not a punishment to yourself... but he health side of veganism is something many don't read, don't search, and then the whole group is criticized as lunatics, nice to meeto you!

I just turned vegan a week and a half ago and I've been eating like a queen! Vegan meals are incredibly satisfying! The best food on earth!

Anyone would be hungry if they ate nothing but grapes and carrots all day and then walked 14 miles. This is what the person I am talking about here was doing.
