im srry i had to stop this vid. this doesnt help at all. its just a trick but when u sit down...its all hanging over ur pants no matter how well ur posture is. i want a real workout for my stomach so that i dont always have to remeber to suck in my gut. i do that already

AM Kinda Short Medium Body Very Athletic And Healthy Play SPorts In A Soccer Team But...i Feel Like my Shortness Is Squishing My Stomach Until I Become Taller Or Stretch That Compressed Fat....am 18 Right Now :S What Should I Do?

@burakcelikbilek you are so right. This is not losing body fat. This is all about posture. When you do stand up straight you do lose some of that belly pouching out. It's not dumb it's reality.

@vicki456453 Silly your not supposed to hold your breath. This is to get you to stand up straight. When you elevate your ribcage and stand straight you do reduce your belly size.
