Edgeworld - How to Chain Effectively

I discuss the 3 rules needed to be a successful chain maker in Edgeworld.

Chaining/Comboing is the act of isolating an enemy player's bases from the main group. There are 3 basic rules to consider when how to pull off a chain.

1- The bases that are being isolated cannot be connected to any player's base from that alliance. If an enemy base is in the way of creating a chain, the base must be cut off first.

2- A chain can only happen when the highest level base in the group is captured last, as the stroke that disconnects the group from the main body of an enemy's territory. When you chain, you gain control of all bases equal to or below the level you chained, so make sure to take out the highest level base in a chain LAST. If you don't, your chain will only partially happen at best and you'll only take out the lower level bases, leaving the higher level bases in the group uncaptured. To word it another way, Make sure you plan your attack by leaving the highest level base in a group you want to chain for last.

3- Chains are limited to a total of 10 bases captured per chain, at a time. A chain will not occur if a broken off group has more than 10 bases in it.

Just A Note, One Of The Facts You Gave Was Incorrect. If You Took The 75 Above The 350 You Would Indeed Chain The 75's And Below After It. Just Not The 350. It Is Not "Blocked."

can you post a video about what or how a lower lvl player can help on the map? and what units can take a base with everything lvl 7 +

if u took out the 250 and 150 (under player 778). then cut it off from the main (lvl 150 base) and take the 250 (left of 778 base) at the end woudent that take out 9 base in a chain? so 13 base with 4 warp.
