I'm part of this program and I've had the surgery. I know most of the people in this video which I find amusing. It is a good program. I also have lost large amounts of weight in other programs. Three times in my life I gritted my teeth, found a diet program I liked and lost 45 lbs. Each time I was very excited and kept the weight off for a while but eventually the weight came back plus even more. That's why I went to this program.
