AMG SL63 Driving Experience at Mercedes-Benz World

Highlights of my hour long ride at Mercedes-Benz World at Brooklands UK in May 2009. The car is a 2009 AMG SL63. The instructor's name is Nev and he was great! Nev if you ever run across this - THANKS!

The SL63 is a sophisticated car - much more so than my R129 SL500. It requires a slight hand and judicious use of the brake and throttle but the rewards are amazing!

Anyone who has a chance to do the AMG or any other driving experience at Benzworld should do it by all means!

these fancy electronic technologies are good and all, but they are bringing up a generation of drivers who will have zero skills behind the wheel and just rely on the electronics to blindly drive for them.
