I used a program on PC and put ANY Gta Iv mod on niko's phone but it says CHEATS but it really is a mod (notice I subscribed to you)

It's called "The Ballad of Gay Tony" expansion for GTA 4. comes with sticky bombs, your one throw away from blowing someone up :D
