  • i just watch your other video's on flow locks in reverse order. Very good stuff. We apply some of those techniques in our Eskrido. GM Ciriaco Cacoy Canete incorporated techniques from Judo, Jiujitsu, boxing, wrestling, etc into his doce pares eskrima to create Eskrido back in 1948.

  • Many of the locks I'm showing were taught to me by various Filipino instructors. From what I've been told and researched on my own, the source of quite a bit of this is jujitsu in it's various incarnations and the relationships that many Filipino masters made with many old style jujitsu guys. Remy Presas and Wally Jay come to mind...
