Dear ACLU Supporter,

The Bush administration's response to a crisis is sending economic stimulus checks to qualifying Americans and telling us to go shopping. Instead of buying shoes or binoculars, one blogger in Colorado thought it was more important to stimulate freedom and taped this message. We thought it was so good we wanted to pass it along to you. Every day across the nation, the ACLU is called on to defend all the freedoms guaranteed in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. That's why there's never been a more important time for freedom-loving people to support the ACLU and our effective work to protect freedom and liberty.
