Showing a Bustom Bracket on a Manfrotto 190XPROB tripod. Probably would have helped if I didnt call it a buston bracket but oops on my part.

  • Hah the stupid knife guy. Nice set up.

  • Hi, can i ask you a question about your190xprob? how is stability with such a beast of a lens (70-200 2.8 right?) Have you got no regrets with the legs and head for it or would you change it?

Im trying to make a choice between 055cxpro4 or 190cxpro4. Looking for steady tripod that can support 70-200 2.8 ii and light enough to travel with it. And i was thinking of Carbon F and 4 section (more compact and lighter for traveling).

Do you know is 4 section is less stable than 3? Thanks very much!

  • @readda ditto.

  • It's called a Custom Bracket.. Search B&H # CUDPBSVK and B&H # CUPG on B&H website.

  • One comment, your lens in the video has a tripod mount ring, which while not as good as the Custom Bracket item you purchased, it does work in almost the same exact way. Your Custom Bracket should come in handy for a different lens & camera body set up. Adjust the tension with the knob on the tripod mount ring and you should be able to set up your camera in any orientation you want. See the Custom Bracket website for details of their product as there is no Bustom Bracket or Buston Bracket.

  • may i know what ball head are you using for your tripod? is it 496rc2?
