Brian Van Gorder is now the Defensive Coordinator for the 9-2 Atlanta Falcons. In 2006, at Georgia Southern, they lost most of their games in Overtime, or by a missed Field goal or a missed extra point. IF Van Gorder had a good FG kicker in 2006, they would have been 9-2. GSU kickers sucked so bad that year. Van Gorder put his team in a position to win. He did a good job, and the NFL called him up. Three straight winning seasons with the Falcons.........

Penn State is playing Coastal Carolina next fall. If Coastal Carolina does to Penn State what Appalachian State did to Michigan it would sting a hell of a lot more because from how it sounds, Coastal Carolina is like the Temple of Division I-AA football, while Appalachian State was at least a champion.

I still think Penn State's gonna beat Coastal Carolina, but Coastal Carolina might surprise everyone and put some points on the board. I predict a final score of 41-17 Penn State.

coastal carolina has only had a football team for four years and has one the big south championship three years in a row. weve never had a losing season and we have played big teams in our past. with four years of a football team you cant tell what we could be doing in 10 more
