This video is meant to be a balanced and truly skeptical evaluation of "how to" investigate paranormal phenomena. It deals especially with the need for investigators of the paranormal to adopt a balanced method of perception while investigating paranormal claims. This is for the advocate and the counter-advocate of the psi theory. I deeply and sincerely hope you enjoy this and listen to the whole video (even though it is a bit lengthy). P.S: The parapsychologist whose name I forgot was "Chris Carter". I can't believe that I forgot his name... I suppose I said "Cooper" because of another notable young parapsychologist, Cal Cooper! I probably forgot because I only recently stumbled across his works.

P.P.S- Wiseman used the phrase "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.", but it was not originally from him. It was widely used by the brilliant scientist Carl Sagan.
Anyways! That's just for clarification. Thanks for watching.

  • P.S. I see, in my mind's all-seeing-eye, that you're beside the toilet in the bathroom ...... FLushshshsh. I also pick-up that you shot it there to get your cheap camera's mic to pick up the sound better.

  • @lawshorizon I agree with you man. The different paranormal phenomena are too widespread among the population to be able to escape being a part of the human experience. And... Your all seeing eye sees quite a lot.. :o

  • Part 2: Secondly, if believing is a bad thing then why, after a billion years of evolution, is it still there. I mean, it should have died out ages ago (survival of the fittest). Right, there’s something to it; however, it looks like no one can quite put their finger on it.

  • Part 1: OK – you pretty much said it all there. One thing that has always puzzled me is why skeptics would go way out of their way to bitch about something they don’t buy anyway. There’s lots of weird beliefs but it has always been that way and that’s their business – ain’t it? I don’t buy the idea that sceptics are trying to save people from themselves since their material is designed to be read by other (psudo) skeptics, anyway.
