My Mamod was like a mad dog. It would run like crazy till it flipped off the track. It was either to slow or too fast. Always burned the shit out of me. My cat jumped at it and burned he paws and tongue. Then one day the whole boiler blew-up. The back plate where the water indicator cracked open and hot water spashed on my wrist. I threw the little fucker out. NO MORE MAMOD FOR ME.

whoops. i have a wilesco stationary thats 30 years old and vibrates like crazy and i use solid fuel for that and those never bounce out
