Environmentalist are just a bunch of hippies incapable of understanding. If you care so much about the environment sell your house, your car, and move to the amazon forest to live of the land. the big majority of off roaders care about maintaining the trails and we do stay on designated areas. Get some info about how we do things and the volunteer work that most of the 4x4 clubs do to preserve this places.

Yeah because driving on trails that already exist on 1 or 2 days of the weekend is alot worse for the environment than driving your 5 mpg suburban down the freeway that runs right through the middle of the same forest. If you havent been there, you dont know what you're talking about and should STFU. :)

Do people in NJ ever get out of their cars? Maybe they want the Pines to be just like the Jersey turnpike. The silence can be scarey without the engine to comfort them. Aren't they powerful as they destroy Nature!
