The Electronic Frontier Foundation has just addressed that the bill protecting us as jailbreakers back in 2010 will be ending this year and unless they renew the bill companies could have the right to take legal actions against jailbreakers. It has been said that we must let them know the importance of jailbreak now, before the bill expires. We as jailbreakers need to be protected because, companies like Apple who do not like jailbreak, may very well take action against jailbreakers. I don't know about you guys but, I would not love my iOS devices near as much as I do now if it weren't for jailbreak. Jailbreaking allows us to make our devices exactly how we wan't them to be. Thank you for watching. Please subscribe for more over iOS devices. Please also comment and thumbs up as well as follow me on Facebook and Twitter. Thank you!

  • lol doesnt matter, everyone is still going to do it :P

  • @Xxawes0mexX Haha I know! They cannot stop us all :)

  • Jailbreaking is actually beneficial to Apple as they take the tweaks developed to see what they need to add, remove, or improve on to make iOS the perfect mobile OS. Nothing will be exactly perfect, but at least close to it.

  • @WhelenVTXR2 True, but, then again there are so many jailbreak tweaks out there that there aren't very many new ideas for Apple to put in.

  • Just because some of the jailbreak community decide to download illegally apps etc, they shouldn't penalise the rest of us for doing something that is not illegal :(

  • @owenmungo Well, thats not really the reason they would be making jailbreak overall illegal. They can keep things within jailbreak illegal and people are warned when downloading illegal stuff. People can steal apps without a jailbreak. Apple just doesn't like jailbreak because, it allows people to run things on "their" devices that they don't like to be ran on the devices.
