Tales of Eternia - Valkyrie Battle

For each vid that is uploaded the harder the bosses become...

Valkyrie is really really hard, I lost to her thousands of times. Its all a matter of how fast you can avoid her attacks and how well you can aim with Sonic Chaos. And how lucky you are with Aurora Wall/Sword combo...

I pulled through... barely... and whoever was the person you said use Omega Seal... YOU'RE DEAD BLOODY WRONG!!

@wizersage Judging from this post, I'd say you started on ToS. Garr (Woodrow) is from Tales of Destiny.

I could've told you that Omega Seal, by itself, does no damage; though Quasi Seal is a good finisher.

Omega Demon Chaos, Sonic Chaos, Tempest Strike, and Demon Spiral Hammer are your best bets here.

Also, despite your defense going down, an Omega Shield helps out a LOT.

Is that the Dragon Vein you're using? There /are/ better weapons, like in your case, the Gaia Cleaver.

Thankfully, on my end, this fight took me only three tries.

this battle is easy. i was on lvl 56~60 in that point. my strategy was use Demon Spiral Hammer when Valkyrie was running . If Valkyrie was walking, i only ran to the opposite corner and wait. Pretty cheap strategy, but works :D

I was below level 54 at that point (hardmode). The main problem she has, is that ridiculously overpowered combo she uses when at half health. I used Omega Shield for the healing (even if it does have lower defense), Reviverser for TP and possible revival, and that accessory that halves being unconscious (forgot name). Do NOT use Demon Twist or Omega Demon Chaos. While she -can- be damaged with them, most times she blocks it. Sonic Chaos, tempest strike, and flare bottles are your friends.

@MrJusbag u need the black sphere,which is in shizel's castle(the final dungeon) and the light sphere is obtained from Aifread's Tomb which is a map location on Inferia, it's actually located on an island right near the Relay Point, so shouldn't be too hard to find.then head to the relay point and go to the conversion dock and place the spheres near the statue.you'll get the aibird and two empty rooms for the ship.hope this helps =]

i find that linking burning phoenix from rising phoenix really works well on her

@CursedFoxPro - they are the same. The Namco US was forced to rename it Tales of Destiny 2 because of copyright infringement, in this case, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

@DarkShayoran - well, the main character of that game is the secret boss seen here.

lol in this battle i use only omega seal and omega demon chaos

omega seal because this damn shield can´t counter my attacks

and then if valkyrie is falling down i use omega demon chaos

valkyrie's an optional boss in inferia u need the aibird to get to the tower and i used omega seal and omega demon chaos combo and finish her off with aurora wall+aurora sword finisher to get a lot of treasure chests and also the key to get destiny which is a summon of the characters of tales of destiny 1
