I would never get on a horse with that body language... he was rushed and missed out on a smoother start under saddle by someone more patient and knowledgeable.... but to each his own and the rider did stick to him the 2nd ride. Not that it's the right way, just saying I was impressed he didn't fly off again.

im an english ride and havent ever really understood how western riders ride.. they probs think the same about us english riders lol but i take my hat of to the rider cause after coming off the first time *it looked like a hard hit into the fence then the ground* i dont think i woulda gotten back on haha.. i love the colt he is really stunning !

@ExtremeGuide1 i take that as a compliment actually! I was what 13 in those..and that three year old colt was all mine..I bet I could atleat get in the saddle of that colt! Dont be rude just because I am a girl..

I love all the comments by the horse trainers. these boys may not do the pat perli thing but I guarentee you they know how to train a horse. it's old school and takes some real riding skill and no they don't hurt the horse. good ride cowboy.

working with a mare I had the same thing happen didn't get into the saddle only diference is I ended up ripping all the muscles in my leg. getting old I guess. My son had to climb on and finish the job legs getting better but the pride still hurts.
