It also seems to be describing visual perception, that particular glyph. The aperture wheel (pupil dilation - eg like when entheogens make your pupils big), the depth focus wheel, the blank one looks like for film grain & speed equivalent (eg like when shrooms make you see better in more detail, or when time is altered in relation to your movement seeming to stay consistent).
Middle bit looks like 4-elements symbol.
