awesome cover. love the sound of that electric. how do you record? what program do you use for the video?

@hampallen Thanks! I just run my Firebox into my Mac and use Quicktime to record it. Capture them together using Snapz Pro X and a little trial and error, and hope my computer doesn't melt internally during the process.

@JeffLittleMusic what settings do you have for your amp or is it a patch? you've got great sustain on the end notes of each electric piece. i can't seem to get my notes to ring for that long after the initial attack on the string.

@hampallen From memory, I use the 5150 with some distortion, reverb, delay, and a compressor set to sustain as much as I can without compromising the sound. Also, I think i used the artificial feedbacker. Probably what accounts for a lot of the sustain, though, is that I replaced the standard American Strat pickups with EMG active pickups, and replaced the tone pots with an SPC and EXG (I think, it's been years, lol). In other words, customized the Strat with the David Gilmour setup.

Oh, yeah, I use a Boss GT-8 for the amp simulator and effects.
